Book an Appointment
APPOINTMENT TRIAGE SYSTEM - GETTING YOU TO THE RIGHT PLACE EVERY DAY!
To book an appointment or raise a query (at any time ) there are 1 of 2 ways:
- Use the ONLINE ACCESS TO YOUR GP button on the practice website
- online form on the nhs.uk website - this will take you to the same form as in [1]
- Use the NHS App!
This request will be reviewed by a GP every morning and afternoon between the hours of 8:30 and 18:30 – they or a member of staff will contact you. If an appointment is indicated you will be offered the most appropriate appointment - this may be with a GP or another healthcare professional. Most appointments offered to patients will be on the same day, this includes appointments with Enhanced Access. Please make sure you are available to be contacted and can attend the surgery because this may be at short notice.
AI-assisted note taking
Some clinicians at our practice are currently trialling Heidi Health, an AI-powered clinical documentation assistant. Your GP remains responsible for your care and medical records. If you would prefer Heidi Health not to be used during your consultation, simply let your clinician know.
How to make an appointment
