Our Mission Statement

Central Surgery is committed to providing a range of health care to the patient population of the practice.  The World Health Organisation states that all people should have access to the health services they need, when and where they need them, without financial hardship; Central Surgery operates on that principle.

Additionally, all staff working for Central Surgery will be trained appropriately, respected and supported.  Work-life balance principles will be championed.

Finally, the Practice is a business where decision-making has to consider the value of contracts commissioned by the Integrated Care Board (ICB).  All contracts must be viable to ensure that quality care can be delivered without hardship to the practice or its staff and that patient care will not only be at the centre of all decision made, but that it remains first and foremost.
