We are proud to be a ‘Safe Surgery’ for everyone in our community. All are welcome.

Everyone in the UK has the right to free care from a GP. If you don’t have proof of ID or address, you can still register. Immigration status or nationality doesn’t matter - reception won’t ask for immigration documents and won’t share your information with the Home Office unless serious crime is involved.

Don’t have documents? Don’t worry, view this poster. If you wish to register, please speak to a member of staff who can help and support you with the process of registration. Ask reception for an interpreter if you find it difficult to communicate in English.

Central Surgery is registering patients from all addresses across Rugby

To start the registration process with our practice you need to either complete the electronic registration form on the website or by using the Register with a GP surgery service following link  If you use this service, you will receive a message through the NHS App, email or SMS (depending on the contact details you supplied) confirming when your Registration has been processed by the practice.

Once you are registered with the practice, we would recommend that you download the NHS App on your smartphone. This will enable you to: check your medical health records, order repeat prescriptions, change your nominated pharmacy and check hospital appointments including waiting times.

New Patient Medicals

If you take regular medication it is important that you attend your New Patient Medical with our Health Care Assistants.  This is not a condition of your registration but does give an important opportunity to ensure that we are fully aware of your present medical requirements, as it may be some time before we receive your medical records.
