Practice Performance

In order to manage both the day to day expectations of a busy practice and at the same time ensure all our processes and systems are working the best they can we have introduced a representative 'working group' to test the systems and feedback what works well and where improvements might be indicated.  We are currently looking to expand this group with the addition of a practice patient.
