Is it urgent?
- Phone 01788 524366 and give a brief description of your medical problem
- If you feel that your condition requires same day attention, your contact details will be taken and a clinician will normally ring you back that morning or afternoon to arrange for urgent advice or an appointment.
Is it routine or less urgent?
- Either book online via your Patient Access or phone 01788 524366 after 2.30pm
- You may be offered a telephone appointment in advance with your usual doctor - planning ahead normally increases your choice.
- You will get to speak to a GP over the phone initially and they will agree with you the best method of treatment
