Mental Health Employment Support Service

This is a co-commissioned service alongside Coventry City Council and Warwickshire County Council, providing a mental health employment support service.
The service is provided by Rethink Mental Illness who offer an evidence based approach to supported employment by working with the individual, the NHS and employers to help their clients move beyond their mental illness by gaining and sustaining employment.
The referral criteria is:
- Aged 18 or older
- Living in Coventry or Warwickshire
- Anyone who has accessed Mental Health services
- Motivated to get in to paid employment
- Anyone who is in employment and is experiencing a mental health issue that could mean their employment is at risk.
