New Appointment System

The new system starts on Monday 4 September 2023. All GPs and staff are are ready to support patients in accessing the surgery more appropriately and efficiently. We are confident that once patients have got used to accessing the practice differently they will be pleased with the improved responses.
It may be useful to read the attached information that has been available to all patients attending the practice this week.
UPDDATE: The Contact your GP is available to use and submit between 8:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday. It is not available during weekends or bank holidays. On occasion if the requests are high and overwhelming we reserve the right to close access before 17:30. You will always be able to submit again from 8:00 the next week day.
GPs review each request between 8:30 and 18:30 Monday to Friday.
