Update on the Reopening of Central Surgery at Bilton Green

Unfortunately, due to delays in the completion of essential telecommunications infrastructure outside of the Practice's control, we are unable to proceed with the planned reopening of our branch surgery on 8 June 2026.
While the building itself is ready, the necessary connectivity required to access NHS clinical systems and safely deliver patient services is not yet in place. Until this has been completed and all required checks have been undertaken, we are unable to provide patient care from the branch surgery.
We know this will be extremely disappointing news, particularly for patients who have waited more than three years for services to return to the site. We share that disappointment. The Practice team has invested a significant amount of time and effort in preparing for the reopening and had hoped to welcome patients back as planned.
At present, we have not been given a confirmed completion date and are therefore unable to provide a revised reopening date. We will continue to share updates as soon as further information becomes available.
Any appointments affected by the delay will be transferred to the main surgery. Patients will be contacted directly if any changes are required.
Our Preview Event on Friday 5 June, from 9.00am to 12.00pm will still go ahead as planned
We look forward to welcoming patients and local residents to view the improvements that have been made to the building.
