Changes to the appointment system coming soon

Our appointment system will be changing on Monday 4 September 2023
We are continually trying to improve access to appointments for all patients. We understand the frustration many patients have in contacting the practice and getting the appointment they need.
We are hoping a new telephone system and the way you will book your appointments will bring the changes to ensure all patients receive the type of appointment needed at the appropriate time.
We will be contacting all patients via SMS or via letter, in additional to promotional material around the building.
